Multifunctional leisure complexes are under construction in Kangdong County of Pyongyang Municipality, Jongphyong County of South Hamgyong Province and Kaephung District of Kaesong Municipality.
The Non-Permanent Central Committee for Promoting Regional Development 20×10 Policy is intensifying guidance for the cities and counties concerned to make preparations for operating leisure complexes in their regions.
Pyongyang Municipality gave training classes to those from Kangdong County at the Pyongyang Jang Chol Gu University of Commerce and the municipal commercial vocational technical school according to their types of jobs such as commerce, public catering and welfare service under the guidance of the committee.
South Hamgyong Province takes measures to send teachers of the provincial-level commercial service educational units to Jongphyong County to give short courses for various types of jobs.
Kaesong Municipality also organizes in real earnest practical training and transfer of practical skills for the employees of the leisure complex at the Koryo Songgyungwan University and the municipal commercial vocational technical school.
According to the organization of the committee, officials in the field of library of the Kangdong County, Jongphyong County and Kaephung District leisure complexes are involved in the data management, information technology, information service and book service classes at the Sci-Tech Complex to learn necessary business skills from June.
