The U.S. has recently released a so-called “Annual Report on Human Rights” which accuses other countries of their “human rights situation”. It met strong disapproval of many countries across the world, soon after its release.
China, Brazil, South Africa, Vietnam, Türkiye, Pakistan and many other countries unanimously argued that the “Annual Report on Human Rights” of the U.S. was a unilateral fabrication in disregard of the actual reality.
They pointed out that the “Report” was run through with deception and fraud without any procedures of objective corroboration or preliminary consultations with the relevant countries. They rather revealed and denounced the dire human rights situation of the U.S., namely immigrant maltreatment and prevalent racial discrimination.
One of foreign media, in a commentary, criticized that the “Annual Report on Human Rights” of the U.S. is always a sham and constitutes a serious interference in others’ internal affairs, and observed that such practice of the U.S. is exposed to universal denunciation from the international community.
