Meetings of young activists of virtue were held in Pyongyang Municipality, Kangwon and South Hamgyong provinces, the city of Nampho and Kaesong Municipality and at the youth league committees of the Pyongyang Construction Commission, the Ministry of Railways and the August 28 Youth Shock Brigade Management Bureau.
Reports and speeches were made at the meetings attended by officials concerned, youth league officials, activists of virtue and youth and students of the regions and units concerned.
The reporters and speakers said the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un regards the young people as the most vigorous of social forces adding new strength to the country and leads them at every step to grow up into performers of miracles and feats and masters of fine traits and virtues. They called on all youth league officials and young people to devote all their wisdom and passion to the struggle for greeting the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea as a glorious meeting of victors by faithfully supporting the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un and thus demonstrate all over the world the prestige of the dignified powerful country making a leap forward with youthful vigour.
