Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Congratulatory Letter from Chongryon Central Standing Committee

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un received a congratulatory letter from the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on September 9. The Chongryon Central Standing Committee said in the letter that on the occasion of the 77th founding anniversary of the DPRK, it pays the noblest tribute to the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the founder and builder of the DPRK who laid an eternal foundation for building a thriving nation and extends the greatest glory and the warmest congratulations to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un who is translating the patriotic desire of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il for building a powerful country into a brilliant reality and ushering in the era of overall prosperity of the state development. The letter noted that the proud course of victory covered by the DPRK is a glorious history in which the great Generalissimos turned the DPRK into a socialist power dignified with independence, prosperous with self-sustenance and strong with self-reliance in defence with profound ideas and theories, gigantic revolutionary practice and noble patriotism and love for the people. It is the fruition of the boundless love and wise leadership of Kim Jong Un that Chongryon and Koreans in Japan could invariably share their destiny with the homeland until this day and unyieldingly advance along the sacred road of patriotism despite all challenges and difficulties in the face of the harsh dreary scene of an alien land, it added. It said that the Chongryon Central Standing Committee set the coming decade till its 80th founding anniversary as a new struggle period and will steadily carry forward the tradition of loyalty, unity and patriotism created by the founder generation, true to the important letter sent by Kim Jong Un on the occasion of its 70th founding anniversary, thus creating a great new history of the movement of Koreans in Japan in the new era of the comprehensive national development. In reflection of the ardent loyalty and boundless reverence of all Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan, the letter wished Kim Jong Un good health for the prosperity and development of the Juche cause and the patriotic cause of Chongryon and for the rosy future.
