A meeting was held on the spot with the attendance of Pak Song Chol, Chief Secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the WPK, and officials, builders and agricultural workers in Songgan County.
A congratulatory address was delivered and permits for the use of the new houses were conveyed and speeches made.
