The Fifth National Conference of Heads of Branch Public Security Stations was held in the capital city of Pyongyang between late April and early May 2024.
In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea the branch public security station is the lowest unit of the public security organ which is nearest to the people.
Pae Ung Gwon said all the participants in the Fifth National Conference of Heads of Branch Public Security Stations have an unforgettable memory of the photo taken with the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, and continued:
"Never told in history is such a story that the security officers on their return trip after participating in the conference were called back.
We thought that Marshal Kim Jong Un's trust in our security organ is so great."
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un examined the documents on the conference deep at night and early in the morning and gave precious instructions. Reading the minds of the heads of branch public security stations who left for their posts after the conference with a regret of not having a photo taken with him, he took measures to call them back to Pyongyang for a photo session.
At the venue of the photo session, he said the public security officers are doing a great job all the time and added that the whole country should appreciate their efforts and respect them.
Like this, Kim Jong Un valued the efforts of the public security officers who regard it as their duty to sacrifice the happiness of their families and even their precious lives for defending the security and well-being of the people all the year round.
Pae Ung Gwon said looking at the photo, he is awakened to the mission of public security officer, and continued:
"I occasionally come home from work and see the photo. Then I ask myself if I have lived up to the great trust and expectation of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un."
With such mind, our public security officers serve the country and the people.
