A press statement on the talks between the foreign ministers of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Republic of Belarus was released on October 29.
The press statement is as follows:
Talks between Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and Maxim Ryzhenkov, foreign minister of the Republic of Belarus, were held in Minsk on Oct. 29.
At the talks both sides discussed the issues of developing the DPRK-Belarus relations with a long tradition and history of friendship in an all-round way in conformity with the common interests of the peoples of the two countries on the principle of respect for sovereignty, equality and mutual benefit and of further strengthening the efforts for safeguarding the common interests in the international arena, and reached a consensus of views.
