The Taean Heavy Machine Complex newly established an automatic control system for heat treatment in the workpiece production line and started its operation.
Workpieces for a variety of machine parts satisfying the technical indices such as heat resistance and intensity roll off the production line whose all systems are based on domestic technology.
The complex newly designed and manufactured switchboard and automatic control circuits while undertaking technical upgrading and renovation of equipment and buildings. And it also developed and introduced an integrated furnace control program to upgrade the workpiece heat treatment line into the one based on an automatic heat treatment control system and integrated control system.
Meanwhile, the Sunchon Thermal Power Station finished the installation of superheaters for recycling the heat from the waste gas of boilers and raised the thermal efficiency and steam output of boilers.
And the Sunchon Chemical Complex established a new gas circulatory system, thereby increasing the actual rate of synthesized compounds and reducing the power consumption in the caustic soda concentration line.
