The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made a meaningful congratulatory speech in front of the young vanguard and soldier-builders involved in the construction of the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm.
He said he had come right after the end of the celebrations in the capital city to make a start of 2026 with the young vanguard and soldier-builders who greeted the New Year at the northwestern end of the country far from their families and dear homes, and conveyed the greetings of warm encouragement on behalf of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the entire people.
Saying that our young builders had turned out in the grand construction the Party and state attach importance to and completely changed the island area, once a place of disaster, into an ideal farm town in the new era in over 500 days, he noted that those days when they proudly chose hard work and discipline, not enjoyment and comfort, in their youth and cultivated the firm will and high spirit to overcome difficulties, make innovations and do patriotic deeds are the valuable wealth of their life which cannot be bartered for gold.
