Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Congratulatory Message to General Secretary of C.C., CPV

Kim Jong Un , General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on January 23.
The message said:
Esteemed Comrade General Secretary,
I send my warm congratulations and comradely greetings to you as regards the successful holding of the 14 th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and your reelection as the general secretary of the CPV Central Committee.
Your re-assumption of the important duty of the general secretary is an expression of deep trust of all your Party members and the Vietnamese people in you who have made responsible efforts for strengthening the Party and promoting the people's wellbeing.
I hope that the 14 th Central Committee of the CPV headed by you, General Secretary, will successfully guide the struggle for implementing the decisions of the Party Congress.
Availing myself of this opportunity, I express the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between our two parties and two countries with a long history and tradition will expand and develop substantially in all fields in conformity with the spirit of the agreement reached at our meeting in Pyongyang in October last year.
I wish you good health and great success in your responsible work.
