The “Farm Machines Development-2025” is going on with splendour at the Three-Revolution Exhibition House.
On display at the exhibition held on the theme of “Let’s produce high-performance and modern farm machines more under the banner of the rural revolution programme in the new era” are hundreds of farm machines and implements of 280-odd kinds, and their accessories presented by provinces and different sectors and units.
The current exhibition is characterized by many exhibits which have been developed to meet the features of relevant regions and whose advantages have been proved in practice. What is particularly noteworthy is that they are designed to fulfil various functions and purposes.
A small-sized wheat and barley sowing machine and mobile rice thresher which help save much labour and raise work efficiency, a mobile wheat and barley thresher designed to perform threshing and sorting operation simultaneously, a multipurpose sprayer and other machines and implements are drawing close attention of agricultural workers for their remarkably improved performance.
Other crowd-pulling items include a sowing machine for growing seedlings in boxes and a fruit harvester.
The sowing machine and the fruit harvester win favour as the former improves the rate of sowing per hour at rice seedling cultivation greenhouses while the latter is light and easy to handle.
The machines for cleaning the roofs of double-slope inter-connected glass hydroponic greenhouse and vertical glass walls are now in wide use at large greenhouse farms including the Kangdong Combined Greenhouse Farm.
All these were developed by scientists, researchers and workers in production units.
The participants exchange their experiences and techniques and conclude contracts for the development and production of farm machines at the venue which showcases achievements made in the effort for the comprehensive mechanization of agriculture for the past five years.
