A meeting of women's union officials and members was held at the Hall of Women on the 13th in celebration of the 84th birth anniversary of the great leader Kim Jong Il.
Present at the meeting were Kim Jong Sun, Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, women's union officials and members in the city of Pyongyang.
Jon Hyang Sun, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea, made a report, which was followed by speeches.
The reporter and speakers praised the undying feats performed by Kim Jong Il for the times, revolution, country and the people while continuing great journey of patriotism and devotion all his life.
They stressed that the women's union is constantly strengthened and developed into a powerful political organization in accomplishing the socialist cause of Juche under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
