It happened one day when therespected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited a factory in JagangProvince.
Looking round differentproduction sites, the General Secretary was quite pleased to see workers workjoyfully in workplaces where the production processes were put on a CNC basis.
While looking round aproduction process, he suddenly stopped and asked an official about theintensity of the noise from the machines.
The official was unable toanswer readily. He had failed to pay attention to the intensity of noise frommachines, thinking such noise was inevitable as the factory was filled with asea of machines and equipment.
Looking at the official whocould not offer any answer, the General Secretary told him not to neglect evensmall noise and discussed with him the way to reduce the noise that day.
Deeply moved by the GeneralSecretary’s meticulous care, officials vowed to completely remove the machinenoise.
He then told them to do sowithout fail and provide employees with better working conditions.
