Unusual Souvenir Photo

Three years ago, the respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un had a meaningful photo taken with the schoolchildren who creditably fulfilled the honorable mission as a congratulatory group of the Korean Children’s Union of the ５th National Conference of Mothers.

This is associated with the warm love of the great father for our children.

In December, ２０２３, the respected Comrade General Secretary called a senior official of the Party Central Committee before going to the photo session venue and told he was going to have a photo taken with the KCU members who had entered the venue of the ５th National Conference of Mothers and recited a congratulatory poem "We extend glory to the great mother" after the photo session with the participants in the conference.

The official was so excited to hear him.

The respected Comrade General Secretary was going to bestow great benevolence upon the beloved KCU members, who had recited a congratulatory poem reflective of his willingness to give everything to the strongest mothers in the world at the conference venue, eager to put them forward before the mothers.

Hence, little KCU members had a souvenir photo taken in the embrace of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un that day.

The respected Comrade General Secretary blessed the bright future of the schoolchildren, wishing them to grow up more cheerfully into masters who will shoulder the future of the country, keeping their mothers’ desires in minds all the time, in the way they had given joy and fresh strength to all the mothers at the conference venue.

The story of love associated with the unusual souvenir photo still conveys the noble intention of the respected Comrade General Secretary who cares so much for the children, the future of the country.

Lofty Will Reflected in Strict Demands

Once, the respected Comrade General Secretary inspected the remodeled Mangyongdae Children’s Camp.

After instructing to let campers acquire various knowledge and experience many things during the camping, he dropped in at a room.

There, he praised that the beds were made and painted well and asked about the length of beds.

After listening to an official’s answer, he watched closely the beds and taught that the campers should be required to make the bed and tidy up their bedrooms on their own during camping.

Presently, he noted that the campers should cook their own meals, make their own beds and tidy up their own rooms during camping, not just idling about, eating prepared meals, and camping.

He then underlined the need to include it in the camping routine for the campers to make their beds and tidy up their bedrooms and demand that they thoroughly carry it out.

The officials were lost deep in thought, for they hadn’t intended to educate and lead the children to do everything on their own and devote themselves to the collective through actual experience, thinking it would be the best to provide them, so much beloved by the respected Comrade General Secretary, with a carefree joyous life during camping.

That day’s field guidance by the respected Comrade General Secretary served as an important occasion for teaching the officials once again the attitude they should have in educating the rising generation.
