DPRK Ambassador Pays Courtesy Call on Cuban Minister of Higher Education

Ma Chol Su, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK) to the Republic of Cuba, paid a courtesy call on José Ramón Saborido Loidi, Minister of Higher Education, at the office building of the Ministry of Higher Education, the Republic of Cuba on May 7.

Minister of Higher Education of the Republic of Cuba said that the DPRK is a powerful country which shapes the world politics and highly appreciated that the DPRK is achieving brilliant successes despite the harsh sanctions of the United States.
