Kim Jong Un , Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a message of greetings from Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on September 7.

The message said:

Your Excellency,

It is on the occasion of the Day of the Foundation of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, I convey my sincere congratulations to you and your people on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan.
