Inhabitants in the afflicted areas moved to new houses built in Ryongphyong-ri of Orang County, North Hamgyong Province, and the Sinhung Workers' District of Hochon County, South Hamgyong Province.
Ceremonies for moving to new houses were held.
Present there were Kim Chol Sam, Chairman of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK, Kim Tu Hong, Vice-Chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials and inhabitants in the damaged areas in North and South Hamgyong Provinces.
Congratulatory speeches were made.
The speakers heartily congratulated the inhabitants on their moving to new houses built thanks to the warm love of the respected Supreme Leader

for the people.
They said the new dwelling houses were wonderfully built in a short span of time by the devoted efforts of the members of the divisions of Party members of the capital who kept deep in their hearts the lofty will of
Kim Jong Un
who spares nothing to mitigate the sufferings of the people.

Kim Jong Un
, representing the fervent loyalty of the inhabitants in the stricken-areas and other people in the provinces.
Entrance certificates were conveyed and people moved to new houses.
Officials of the provinces visited the families that moved to new houses to congratulate them.
