Availing itself of its good coastal conditions Kangwon Province promotes its progress and improves the living level of its people purposefully.
For example, it sees to it that its cities and counties vitalize their coastal culture and steps up the construction of the Kalma Coastal Culture Station(KCCS) dynamically.
The building project for the KCCS has been finished in the main. Its culture beds are now being built on a wide area of the shallow coastal sea and the relevant equipment is being pieced together.
The KCCS is to have a processing yard and a cold store,too.
Officials make efforts to supply materials and equipment to those who are assigned to carry out the building projects and effectively ensure that they put up the culture beds and fix up the equipment at full steam.
