Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on May 28.
The message reads as follows:
On behalf of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), I extend my warm congratulations to you, your government and people on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The peoples of the DPRK and Azerbaijan have strengthened the bonds of friendship and unity under the ideas of independence, friendship and non-alignment.
Convinced that the friendly and cooperative relations between our two countries will expand and develop on a daily basis, I take this opportunity to sincerely wish your people welfare and prosperity.
