On behalf of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, I extend my warm congratulations and cordial greetings to you and to the government and people of your country on the occasion of the 123rd anniversary of the independence of the Philippines.
I take this opportunity to express my expectation that the friendly and cooperative relations between our two countries would expand and develop in conformity with the aspirations and interests of the peoples of the two countries and wish your people well-being and prosperity.
