Many countries in the world attach importance to education.

However, it is only our country where even the issue of stationery, one of the usual household affairs of parents, is discussed as a national priority and as the greatest concern of the leader, not to mention the education of children itself.

For the past five years, children and pupils all over the country were provided with hundreds of millions of Mindulle (Dandelion) notebooks under the warm affection of the respected General Secretary.

What is more surprising is the fact that most of the production cost of Mindulle notebooks for children and pupils throughout the country is covered by the state. The annual state expenditure for the production is huge and the amount of necessary paper alone reaches up to thousands of metric tons. When one looks at the figure for the expenditure during the past five years, it runs into an astronomical one.

When the respected General Secretary visited the newly established Mindulle Notebook Factory in April five years ago, he gave a radiant smile saying that he was so happy to see the notebook adorned with the pretty logo of dandelion and he felt like dancing when he pictured the happy faces of our children and pupils having received these notebooks.

He then assigned the producers the task of producing 50 million notebooks annually at present and of increasing the production up to 150 million in the future. He also took the measure of love that all the issues arising from the production are resolved exclusively by the Party.

This is how Mindulle fragrant everywhere in the country, be it the mountains or the plains, opened the sea of flowers throughout the country.

Mindulle, this is the brand name christened by the respected General Secretary, reflecting on the lyrics of the meaningful song that goes:

When I lived in my village

With full-blown dandelions

I frolicked flying a white kite

High to the blue sky

In the flower garden of Mindulle, there grew up students whose team won the 27 th World Memory Championships and the 11 th World Student Chinese Contest, as well as the students who amazed the world by winning the special prize and the international concours prize in the 3 rd Moscow Krainev International Piano Concours.

Even the heat of the sun can hardly stand comparison with the warmth of the tender loving care of the great leader. Under his care, Mindulle – the dandelion – that is full in bloom in the hearts of our children will be at its best in all its glory forever.
