The commanding officers and shock brigade members of 216 Division had a meeting on the spot on Nov. 24 to vow to thoroughly discharge the very important task set out by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un during his field guidance to Samjiyon City.
Attending the meeting were Kim Jae Ryong, member of the Political Bureau and department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Hun, vice-premier of the Cabinet, commanding officers and shock brigade members of 216 Division and soldier-builders.

The reporter and speakers said that Kim Jong Un learned about the third-stage project and bestowed great favors on the commanding officers and shock brigade members of the division by extending thanks on behalf of the Party Central Committee to them for implementing the Party's decision and policy.
They said that the commanding officers and shock brigade members could fully display the proud might of a Paektusan building force, while braving difficulties, adding that it is the great fruition of the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.
They said that all the members of the division are determined to implement to the letter and without fail the instructions given by the General Secretary during his visit to Samjiyon City.
They called on all the commanding officers and shock brigade members to fully display their revolutionary zeal again in order to turn Samjiyon City into a modern mountainous city of the era of the Workers' Party the whole world will admire.
They also called for turning out in the efforts to implement the instructions of Kim Jong Un without fail and to the letter.
There was a march-past of the commanding officers and shock brigade members after the meeting.
