Mean Abduction Campaign Against the DPRK Will Get Them Nowhere

Date: 27/06/2022 | Source: Ministry of Foreign Affairs (EN) | Read original version at source

On June 16, Japan hosted an anti-DPRK online symposium in the United Nations (UN) together with the U.S., Australia and EU. Its theme was on “International Cooperation to Resolve Abduction Issue as a Global Issue”.

Japan conspired with the U.S. to stage an abduction campaign against the DPRK. Its ulterior motive is to bring disrepute to our Republic and isolate it internationally by disguising the abduction issue as a “human rights issue”.

Japan is the very country which is defiantly turning a blind eye to its nefarious mega-crimes against humanity of having illegally occupied our country for more than 40 years, and abducted and drafted millions of Koreans.

The U.S., the world’s biggest human rights violator, is not even qualified to talk about so-called “human rights”.

Japan and the U.S. are suffering from an incurable endemic disease. They fall sick if they stop, even for a moment, being hostile toward the DPRK. This abduction campaign is a good manifestation of such a stance.

Australia and the EU do not have a clear idea of our stand on the abduction issue. There is nothing to be gained except shame and disgrace if they keep dancing to the Japanese tune of abduction. They had better remember this and restrain themselves.

It is our invariable stand that abduction issue does no longer exist as it had already been resolved once and for all by our sincerity and efforts.

As for the abduction issue, the buck stops with Japan and the U.S.  which are deceiving the international society, being given to falsehood.
