Provinces are promoting as planned the work to fully equip all the rural villages with the dry milk production facilities in response to the childcare policy of the Workers' Party of Korea.
North Phyongan and North Hamgyong Provinces are building up dry milk production bases in the regions concerned in a prospective way while giving precedence to manufacturing the equipment with high production capacity which is convenient to use by drawing on the experiences of last year when dry milk production processes were built in the cities and counties.
North Hwanghae and Kangwon Provinces have already laid a foundation for serializing the production of the dry milk production equipment and are now directing main efforts to manufacturing similar ones that are suited to the actual conditions of the countryside and guaranteed technically.
South Hamgyong and Jagang Provinces are ensuring the promptness and efficiency in the manufacture of equipment by putting efforts into strengthening their own technical forces and supplying materials. South Phyongan Province is building the production buildings at the same time while solving sci-tech problems arising in the manufacture and operation of the dry milk production equipment in close contact with relevant institutions.
