The provincial rural economy committee has strengthened the sci-tech guidance over ear fertilization and irrigation management, while taking necessary steps on the basis of the survey of farm fields with dangerous factors.
Steps are taken to apply various effective irrigation methods to the farm fields lack of water resources.
Sariwon City has introduced into farms with less water resources such scientific water conservation methods as the irrigation of manner of saturation.
Hwangju County has intensified the prediction work to prevent root rot of crops, applying plant nutrients and growth regulators on a scientific basis.
