Premier Kim Tok Hun makes field survey of agricultural sector in South Hwanghae Province

Kim Tok Hun, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, made a field survey of the agricultural sector in South Hwanghae Province.
Looking round a number of farms in Unryul, Songhwa, Samchon and Jaeryong Counties where the immediate harvesting and winter wheat and barley sowing are in full swing, he said South Hwanghae Province, the greatest agricultural province of the country, should conclude this year's farming with success, select wheat and barley seeds suited to the geographical characteristics, produce a lot of efficacious organic fertilizer, conduct an operation for next year's farming according to a well thought-out plan and actively promote the work to readjust and reinforce the irrigation system.
Kim Tok Hun also went round the food administration stations in a region concerned and stressed the need to correctly implement the state measures concerning the food administration.
