The Korean Central News Agency released a commentary under the title "Descendants of the 'Imperial Army' Must Not Act Rashly".
The commentary said Japan made an agreement on mutual transfer of articles and manpower with Germany some time ago, and continued:
As a result, Japan which already concluded this agreement with six countries including the United States, Britain, Australia, France and Canada has expanded its scope again.
What cannot be overlooked is that the agreement on mutual transfer of articles and manpower allowing the signatories to freely support foodstuffs, fuel, ammunition and other articles and manpower each other gives the war criminal state Japan which connived at the exercise of the "right to collective defense" an access to overseas military advance beyond the scope of "total defense". Japan is now staging military exercises of different kinds with all the signatories in and around Japan.
As already known, Japan which was disarmed after its defeat is not allowed to have its army itself, to say nothing of the right of belligerency and the right of participation in the war. But today Japan has appeared as one of the most dangerous aggressor forces, frantically pursuing reckless military expansion and overseas military advance.
At the recent conference for the conclusion of the agreement with Germany, Japan said it would further accelerate the military cooperation between the two sides, taking the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and China into consideration. It is a vicious intention of Japan to lead the regional situation to the extreme in league with the forces following the US strategy for supremacy and, with it as an occasion, raise the public opinion that its territory faces the "biggest threat", thus advancing headlong to implement the "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere".
Those countries who had suffered untold pains and misfortunes by the Japanese militarists are sharply watching the shameless military acts of Japan. The descendants of the "Imperial Army" must not act rashly, well aware of the bitter indignation of the Asian people and the international community, the commentary noted.
