Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Message of Greetings from Syrian President

Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), received a message of greetings from H.E. Bashar Al-Assad, President of the Syrian Arab Republic, on April 7.
The message extended warm congratulations to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 112 th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung , hoping that the friendly DPRK would achieve steady development and prosperity and grow stronger.
It noted that President Kim Il Sung , who embarked upon the struggle against colonialism and for freedom and independence of the country in his early years, performed immortal exploits by leading the country to prosperity, founding the idea of human emancipation and rendering active support to the national liberation movements throughout the world.
The Syrian president hoped that the two countries would overcome all challenges by strengthening the historic relations of friendship and developing the bilateral cooperation in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
