The 85th candlelight rally and demonstration took place in Seoul on the 13th in demand of the impeachment of puppet Yoon Suk Yeol when the people from all walks of life in the Republic of Korea express their bitter indignation against warmonger, fascist dictator and phonomania Yoon and his clan.
The people of broad stripes have turned out in the mass struggle to impeach Yoon Suk Yeol in the same spirit as having given an ignominious defeat to the "People Power Party" in the recent election of national assemblymen.
At the rally held under the theme; "Follow the Public Sentiment! Impeach Yoon Suk Yeol!", the participants denounced puppet Yoon Suk Yeol and his clan for their crimes, carrying with themselves large placards and printed matter for propaganda and chanting slogans such as "No Breathing Space for Yoon Suk Yeol!" and "Let's Make Consecutive Attack Lest He Should Find Time for Breath!".
The co-representative of the Candlelight Action and other speakers said: The "People Power Party" was defeated in the recent election of national assemblymen. The pent-up wrath of the people with candles in their hands judged the "People Power Party". This was the people's stern judgment on Yoon Suk Yeol and his clan.
They called on all to turn out in the struggle once again to impeach Yoon Suk Yeol.
After the rally, the participants staged a demonstration in Seoul, chanting slogans in demand of Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment.
Earlier, the Candlelight Action held an emergency press conference before the office building of the Minju Party and strongly demanded the puppet National Assembly impeach Yoon Suk Yeol according to the people's will.
Mass media in the Republic of Korea stressed that Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment has become a general trend of the times in the articles of different titles including "'No Breathing Space for Yoon Suk Yeol!' ...First Grand Candlelight March for Yoon Suk Yeol's Resignation Held after General Election", "The First Grand Candlelight March after the Overwhelming Victory in the General Election 'Make Consecutive Attack!'" and "Judge Yoon Suk Yeol".
