The embassy of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in China gave a reception on the 12th on the occasion of the 112th birth anniversary of the great leader Kim Il Sung.
Invited to the reception were Ba Tuoer, Vice-Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and officials of relevant sectors of China such as the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
Present there were Ri Ryong Nam, DPRK Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to China, and staff members of his embassy.
Speeches were made at the reception.
In the meantime, the Consulate General of the DPRK in Shenyang of China and its Dandong Branch gave receptions on the 11th and the 12th on the same occasion.
