Kim Tok Hun makes field survey of agricultural sector in South Hwanghae Province

Kim Tok Hun, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, made a field survey of the agricultural sector in South Hwanghae Province.
Looking round farms in Unryul, Samchon, Ongjin, Kangryong, Jaeryong, Sinchon, Anak and other counties in the province, he learned in detail about the overall farming processes and stressed the need for the agricultural production units to manure and cultivate the crops according to the scientific and technological requirements.
The consultative meetings held on the spot discussed the issues on conducting dynamic organizational and political work to further increase the high enthusiasm of the agricultural workers, on finishing the plowing of paddy and dry fields qualitatively in time and on producing and supplying sufficient amount of equipment, materials and accessories needed for normal operation of farm machines and irrigation projects at relevant sectors and units, and took necessary measures.
Meanwhile, Premier Kim called at the construction sites of regional-industry factories in Jaeryong and Unchon counties and encouraged the soldier-builders promoting the projects as scheduled while ensuring both the speed and quality. He emphasized that the officials in the regions concerned should push forward with the creation of raw material bases and the training of technicians and skilled workers in a foresighted way to provide a firm guarantee for normalized production.
