Another wonderful socialist living space has been built magnificently in the Hwasong area of the capital city, symbolizing the period of overall development of a thriving power thanks to the grand plan and outstanding leadership of the great Party Central Committee which realizes the people's ideals in the new history of changes.
The builders have constantly created legendary new miracles and new myths in the Hwasong area with ardent loyalty to perfectly realize the noble intention of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to turn the capital city of Pyongyang into a world-class ideal city of the people. Thanks to their patriotic devotion, the second-stage construction of 10,000 flats in the Hwasong area has been wonderfully completed in a matter of one year. As a result, the third-year task of the five-year plan for capital city construction set forth by the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea has been carried out successfully.
Kim Jong Un visited the second-stage construction site of 10,000 flats nearing completion on April 5 and highly praised the feats of the builders who had fully displayed their loyalty to the Party and indomitable spirit, and indicated the detailed orientation of the prospective plan of the third-stage project of the Hwasong area that started this year and the fourth-stage project scheduled for the next year.
The completion of the second-stage construction of 10,000 flats in the Hwasong area proves that nothing is impossible for the Korean people dynamically opening the road of development and prosperity with their own strength and in their own way under the leadership of Kim Jong Un. Thanks to the loyalty and patriotic devotion of the great people, Pyongyang where flourishing socialist living spaces are built every year will be turned more wonderfully into the most beautiful cradleland of civilization, a people's paradise admired by the whole world, the report stressed.
