Kim Tok Hun, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a message of greetings to Housain Arnous, Prime Minister of the Syrian Arab Republic, on April 17on the occasion of the 78 th anniversary of its independence.

Expressing belief that the historic and traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would develop onto a higher stage, Kim Tok Hun wished the Syrian Prime Minister success in his work for speeding the reconstruction and stabilizing the people’s living.
