Every country has their own way of celebrating May Day. In the DPRK, it is a meaningful day celebrated with the people who look back on how ordinary working people are leading a highly dignified and honorable life.

Workers in the DPRK enjoy all the happiness in the world as masters of a socialist paradise under the warm care of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un .

Wherever he visits, including factories, farms and fishing villages, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un always shows his primary concern for the health and living conditions of workers before production output.

He saw to it that ordinary workers such as bus drivers, sewage workers and weavers be named merited persons of socialist patriotism and elected to the Supreme People’s Assembly. He hosted the grand banquet in the courtyard of the Party Central Committee for worker-innovators and persons of distinguished services. He also ensured the working people become the new inhabitants of Kyongru-dong, the gem terrace built at the center of Pyongyang, and other new streets of the city.

Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un strengthened the working masses to be a powerful force opening up a new period of the revolution.

During the celebration event on the occasion of 70 th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, he warmly said that the Korean revolution is advancing not by dint of any mysterious divine power but on the great strength of our people, including the heroic working class of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il , who are following and safeguarding their Party with a single mind. As the working people exist eternally, so will the justice and victory be eternal by striving for the people and with the people.

History does not know of any other working class that is named after the leader’s august name.

It is the privilege and honor bestowed only upon the working class of our country who are holding respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in high esteem.

Our tremendous national power is growing stronger day by day; monumental edifices are built everywhere; factories and enterprises are becoming highly modernized and Juche-oriented. These are the precious fruit of the outstanding and seasoned leadership of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who regards the working people as the full-fledged master of the times.

In the morning of May Day, our working people are filled with firm determination to overcome all kinds of trials and advance confidently, firmly united behind the ever-victorious Workers’ Party of Korea with patriotism.
