In an effort to boost production, the Chollima Tile Factory operates its first- and second-stage production lines at full capacity while giving full play to the third-stage interior wall tile production line No. 1 which was newly installed last year, thus producing tiles 1.5 times more every day than last year that recorded all-time high.
It organizes and commands the production in a responsible manner so that processes are scrupulously coordinated, and directs great efforts to the technical updating of production lines and improvement of the quality of products.
It has remodelled production lines to meet the rising demand for exterior wall tiles at construction sites across the country, and introduced an ideal baking temperature curve and kiln operation techniques suited to the characteristics of raw materials in order to steadily upgrade the capacity of equipment and the quality of products.
The factory works to provide a sure guarantee for boosting production in a more stable and sustainable way by further raising the quality of glaze and paints materials made from domestic raw materials and building their production lines in a cost-effective way.
