The Songchongang Electric Appliances Factory strives to put production on a normal track.
The workers of the factory completed 10-odd days earlier than the scheduled time the production of hundreds of motors needed for the manufacture of equipment to be sent to regional industry factories which are being newly built.
Without resting on their laurels, they have buckled down to the production of motors which will be sent to major construction sites.
The officials give precedence to supplying raw and other materials and dovetail work processes.
At the same time, they actively unfold a technical innovation movement while encouraging the masses’ initiative and creativity.
Meanwhile, the workers and technicians display higher creative enthusiasm with focus placed on solving technical problems arising in ensuring both the quality and productivity of motors.
Based on the past experiences, they perform feats in producing castings through active technical innovation work for raising the operation rate of the induction furnace and cutting the melting time per charge.
Better still, they put efforts into further perfecting in a technological way the production process they established on their own to increase the speed of processing the stator frame.
The factory improves the technical knowledge and skills of the employees by normalizing field technical study and the operation of the sci-tech dissemination room.
Thanks to painstaking efforts of those in various workshops, firm foundations for dynamically promoting the motor production are laid at the factory.
The officials and workers of the factory constantly augment the achievements made in motor production by providing favorable production conditions with a firm hold on science and technology.
