International bodies and many foreign political parties, personages, and overseas families related to the revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung and Korean residents in China sent floral baskets to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill here on October 9 on the occasion of the 79th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

On the same day, members of a home-visiting group of students in their final year at Korean University of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and Choe Ryong Ho, vice rector of Pyongyang University of Science and Technology, placed floral baskets at the statues of the great leaders.
