Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Greetings to Lao President

Kim Jong Un , general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and president of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, on December 2.
The message extended warm congratulations to the president, party, government and people of Laos on the occasion of the 49 th founding anniversary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
Since the founding of the country, the Lao people have made great successes in the work for achieving the political stability of the country and developing economy in a sustainable way under the correct leadership of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, the message said.
Expressing belief that the long-standing relations of friendship between the two parties and the two countries would grow stronger, the message wished the Lao president greater success in his responsible work for building a powerful and prosperous socialist state.
