One day in late June, 2018, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the Sinuiju Cosmetics Factory.
He looked round the room for education in the revolutionary history and moved on to the product display room.
On display there were various products of the factory and among them was a recent piece of cosmetics which was estimated as to have better functions than the world’s best counterpart.
Informed of such fact by the official of the factory, the respected General Secretary said that the sci-tech foundations must be consolidated in order to produce cosmetics of world class.
He taught that the factory should strengthen the ranks of researchers and technicians, enhance their role and work properly to enhance the level of technology and skill of producer masses.
Then, he dropped in at the combination workteam of the cosmetics workshop.
The head of the workteam explained to him about the combination process.
After listening to the explanation in earnest, he highly praised that the workteam head correctly grasped the complicated technical features of the combination process and that the workers of the factory were well-versed in science.
His high appreciation bore a noble intention that the workers, masters of production, as well as scientists and technicians should be thoroughly acquainted with modern science and technology in order to keep pace with the advancing times.
The workteam head kept the trust and expectations of the great father and decided to further raise the level of technology and skills and become a technical and intelligent worker.
