The main production units of the Sangwon Cement Complex make sure that every shift achieves top results by updating the cyclic inspection and preventive repair systems.
The Sangwon Limestone Mine, Ilchulbong Mine, Samchong Mine and Hwachon Coal Mine are successively exploiting reserves and possibilities for increased production.
By putting production on a normal footing through good operation and maintenance of equipment, the complex increased the output by more than 10 000 tons in mid-February as against the same period last year.
The Sunchon Cement Complex produced thousands of tons of cement more by mid-February by finding the main way of increased production in realizing the integration of production, science and technology, working out a detailed daily plan and a plan for each shift and solving problems arising in the management of equipment and technology in advance.
