The 2025 Symposium on Medical Sciences was held at the Sci-Tech Complex from April 7 to 9 under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the Medical Association of Korea.
The symposium was held in the form of academic and research seminar in the fields of hygienic and anti-epidemics, Koryo medicine, surgery, internal medicine, basic medicine, pharmacy, ozone treatment, interventional therapy and rheumatic treatment.
Present there were scientists, researchers, teachers and medical workers in the public health sector.
More than 400 research papers of significance in clinical practice and valuable medical sci-tech achievements made in the anti-epidemic and public health fields were presented to the symposium.
The papers presented by scientists, researchers, teachers and medical workers of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, the Academy of Medical Sciences, the Korea General Red Cross Hospital, the Koryo Medicine General Hospital, the Ryugyong Dental Hospital, Haeju College of Medical Sciences, the North Hamgyong Provincial General Hospital and the South Phyongan Provincial Koryo Medicine Hospital were highly appreciated for their practical significance.
