The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the constructionsites of the Kumsanpho Fish Pickling Factory and the Kumsanpho Fishery Station inMarch 2015.
After acquainting himself with the surroundingislets that day, he expressed belief that Nunggum Islet was now a vacant placebut a modernized fish pickling factory and fishery station would be built in severalmonths. And he clarified in detail the issues arising in their constructionsuch as the matter of designing the factory and fishery station well inconsideration of the production capacity and modernization of productionprocesses and the matter of fully automating all processes from the feeding ofraw materials to ageing and packing.
As he continued to give instructions, theofficials felt a surge of profound gratitude to the General Secretary who wasso mindful of the improvement of the dietary life of the people and servicepersonnel.
After a while, he said that it is arevolution to update even one more thing for the people, adding that he wasreally right to decide to build a fish pickling factory and fishery station onNunggum Islet.
