Late one night in February, Juche 107 (2018), a trolley bus carrying Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was running along the street of Pyongyang.
Saying that he would be relieved only after riding himself on the newly-made trolley bus, he found the time to guide its test run despite his busy schedule.
He told the officials he could not judge its capability only at its appearance and suggested they, together with him, examined carefully if it had no problem on the standpoint of the people who would take this bus.
His words moved their hearts.
That day he said: Those in the sector of passenger transport in Pyongyang should cherish the revolutionary viewpoint on the masses of always regarding and subordinating to their demand and opinion as absolute criterion and the spirit of devoted service for them.
In particular, they should make positive efforts to fully provide the people’s traffic convenience in cold winter.
The officials were deeply moved by parental affection of Kim Jong Un who makes such painstaking efforts to have his people use trolley bus without any slightest inconvenience.
