Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Verbal Message to Vietnamese President

Kim Jong Un , General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a verbal message to Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to notify the accounts of the 8th Congress of the WPK.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un noted in detail that the 8th Congress of the WPK set forth scientific and realistic struggle lines and strategic and tactical tasks for achieving a fresh innovation in the Party and state affairs, as required by the changed internal and external situations and reality, took practical measures to strengthen the leadership of the Party and consolidate the state and social system, and discussed and decided on its policy stand on the bolstering of defence capabilities, the inter-Korean relations and the DPRK-U.S. relations.
He clarified again the will of the WPK to steadily strengthen the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation with Vietnam on the road of struggle for the victory of the socialist cause.
He wholeheartedly wished Nguyen Phu Trong greater success in his important work for organizing and leading the struggle of the Vietnamese people to build a prosperous socialist state by implementing the decisions of the 13th Party Congress.
