Kim Jong Un , General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), received a personal letter from Raul Castro Ruz.
Raul Castro Ruz expressed wholehearted thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for sending a verbal message to him to notify the accounts of the 8th Congress of the WPK, and extended greetings on behalf of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Cuban people and on his own behalf.
He wished the WPK and the Korean people successes in their struggle for implementing the decisions adopted at the 8th Congress of the WPK which came to be a great event, and affirmed his will to continue to develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two Parties and the peoples of two countries.
