The message reads as follows:
I extend the warmest congratulations and greetings to you, friendly government and people of Russia on behalf of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on the occasion of the anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War in Russia.
The Russian people won a great victory in the great war of justice to destroy fascism that threatened the destiny of mankind by displaying matchless heroism and self-sacrificing spirit.
The feats and achievements of the Russian people are vividly remembered by the world people who love justice and peace, and will go down forever.
I extend firm solidarity to the cause of the Russian people to root out the political and military threat and blackmail by the hostile forces and to safeguard the country's dignity, peace and security by inheriting the immortal tradition of victory.
