Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- Beautiful communist virtue and traits of helping and leading one another forward are ceaselessly displayed in the DPRK at a time when the emergency epidemic prevention campaign is vigorously conducted.
Officials of the South Hamgyong Provincial Party Committee offered food, prepared by their families, to those experiencing hardships in life.
Leading officials of the Party committees in Rason and Nampho cities and Riwon County donated food and medicines prepared by their families in order to stabilize the people's living.
Officials from the national institutions sent large amounts of medicines and food sincerely prepared by them to emergency epidemic prevention and public health organs. Among them are those from the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, the State Planning Commission, the State Academy of Sciences, the Ponghwa Trading Bureau and the State Hydro-meteorological Administration.
Employees of medical appliance shops in Taedonggang and Phyongchon districts delivered a large quantity of medicines reserved by them to officials of the epidemic prevention sector in their respective areas.
A resident in Kangso District, Nampho City, donated more than 4 000 pieces of medicines in 13 kinds to the district people's hospital.
Many people across the country have displayed the beautiful traits of helping each other forward.
