Four years ago, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un paid a visit to the People’s Republic of China (PRC) again from June 19 to 20, 2018 and had a significant meeting with the respected Comrade Xi Jinping.

The meeting between the leaders of the two Parties and the two countries held for the third time in three months following the meetings in March and May that year recorded an impressive scene of demonstrating once again the fraternal feelings of the two countries which are featured by the most genuine comradeship and kinship.

In his speech at the banquet hosted by Comrade Xi Jinping, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that the picture of the DPRK and China sharing joy and sorrow and sincerely helping and cooperating with each other like family members clearly demonstrates at home and abroad that the relations between the two Parties and the two countries are developing into the unprecedentedly special relationship beyond the traditional ties.

Comrade Xi Jinping reaffirmed that the visit of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to China demonstrated to the whole world the invincibility of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries of PRC and the DPRK, and expressed his conviction that China and the DPRK will learn and consult, unite and cooperate with each other as close friends and comrades to jointly open up rosier and beautiful future of the socialist cause in the two countries.

The historic visit of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to China served as an important occasion of strongly demonstrating at home and abroad the firm will of the leaders of the two Parties and countries to go hand in hand along the road of struggle for independence, justice and socialism - an expression of lasting and inseparable friendship between them.

Leaders of the DPRK and China had another impressive meeting when General Secretary Xi Jinping visited our country from June 20 to 21, 2019. At that time, they expressed their invariable will to champion the socialist cause and constantly inherit and develop traditional friendship between the two Parties and countries as required by the new era.

In retrospect, the annals of history of the DPRK-PRC friendship are clearly associated with the noble world of obligation possessed by the leaders of elder generations of the two countries who extended mutual support and cooperation for their common cause.

President Kim Il Sung , who possessed the lofty revolutionary friendship, carefully planted and nurtured the historical root of the DPRK-PRC friendship with Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and other leaders of elder generations of China in the strenuous struggle to defeat two formidable.

Chairman Kim Jong Il visited China as many as 9 times until the last period of his revolutionary life since he had first imprinted the immortal traces on the vast territory of China in the first half of 1980s. And he strengthened the friendly ties with the Chinese leaders and also ensured that the DPRK-PRC friendship would consolidate and develop through generations and centuries.

During these days, peoples of the DPRK and the PRC gained first-hand experience that the warm comradeship and trust established between the two leaders constitute an impetus for continuously strengthening and developing the DPRK-PRC friendship in the face of all trials of history.

Today, under the direct guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and the respected General Secretary Xi Jinping, the two Parties and the two countries of the DPRK and the PRC are sharing life and death, rendering resolute support and sincere assistance to each other in the common struggle for adding brilliance to socialism and guaranteeing life safety of the peoples.

The sincerest comradeship between the leaders of the two Parties and the two countries of the DPRK and the PRC serves as a cornerstone firmly supporting the pillar of the DPRK-PRC relations in the new era, and the noble tradition of the DPRK-PRC friendship forged on the basis of comradely trust and obligations will continue unabated.
