Recently, a grand celebration of the 69 th anniversary of the great victory in the war was held in Pyongyang city amid great expectations and attention of the entire world.

There are many countries and nations in the world. And each of them has holidays for celebrating their own victories. But there is no one like our war veterans who happily celebrate their victory day with the blessing of the great leader, the brilliant commander.

In his speech made at the celebration ceremony, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave prominence to the war veterans regarding them as the most respected generation and priceless treasures to be revered through generations. And he thanked them for having maintained sound in their precious bodies.

Hearing the speech, all the people across the country became overwhelmed with strong emotion and deep gratitude for him.

He also said that the war veterans are models of the great, unyielding Korean people, it will be a great encouragement even if they do nothing more than remain healthy and asked them once again to be careful with their health sincerely wishing them a long life.

Everyone in the country was moved to tears as they looked up to the noble great man, extending his thanks to the war veterans over and over again during the celebration ceremony, bending down in person to have talks with them, taking their inconvenience into account and staying long at the ceremony venue to shake hands all around with them reluctant to say goodbye.

The recent celebration of victory day displayed an emotional picture which can only be seen in our Republic that holds in high esteem respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who regards the war veterans as priceless and the most respected revolutionary seniors and shining examples our coming generation should follow forever, giving them all the love and benevolence.

The ceremony also clearly proved once again to the world that our people could emerge victorious in the war which could be likened to a confrontation between rifle and A-bomb and even gained victories greater than the one gained in the Fatherland Liberation War during the prolonged period of 70-odd years thanks to President Kim Il Sung who set up the people as masters of factories and land after having been forced into the destiny of colonial slavery.

Through the celebration of the Victory Day, July 27, our people realized once again that the life and spirit of the victorious wartime generation could be brilliantly inherited to posterity and their immortal exploits and the history of victory in war could be endlessly succeeded thanks to the peerlessly great man we hold in high esteem.

A great leader makes a small country into a big country, and a weak nation into a strong nation. This is the truth taught by the history of our revolution.

Our people are full of confidence to carry forward forever the glory and honor of the state which the victorious wartime generation achieved and the history of victory in war year after year, holding respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in high esteem.

Upholding President Kim Il Sung , an ever-victorious iron-willed brilliant commander and an outstanding military strategist, the victorious wartime generation created the legend of victory in war in the 1950s. So will our people by adding eternal glory to the tradition of victory established by the wartime generation, holding in high esteem respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , who has raised the position of our Republic onto the highest level by dint of his brilliant wisdom and outstanding military leadership.
