Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, on March 11 sent a congratulatory message to Li Qiang upon his appointment as premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.
He, in the message, expressed firm belief that the Chinese people will achieve greater success in the struggle to realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core.
